Life is Free?

Life is a gift. We are not promised tomorrow,  but let's take today and live it with a grateful attitude!

I hear people say if it's free, it's  for me! It sounds great, but in real life, it will cost you something. How? It cost you time and reputation to say hello to someone, to strike up a conversation,  to include someone. But the rewards are worth it! Take time to be kind today. The life you change may be your own. Remember,  we are free to choose.

The Power of Yes & No

 Welcome to February! This year I have failed in my intentions & my to do lists. I’m sure you have too! But, in the month on January I have discovered the power of Yes & No. Most often, Yes is seen as positive. But is it really? When we say ‘Yes’ out of an internal guilt, is in not positive.  The first time I said’No’ instead of yes, I felt light, capable. In this case, my no left room for something else later.  Take Yes & No & make them your companions. Listen to them, be calm & the you can be a person of your word.  I wish you a no guilt week!
